I really need some ones help

I have a 11000 dirty water pump and a 9000 hozelock eco filter.

In the 1 month after these had both been working i started losing water ithought it was my pond that it had a leak but found out it never after i turned them both off for a week my pond didnt go down at all even though it was warm that week . my filter sits on a pathing slab as it goes to a water fall , I noticed the slab was always wet i checked all the hoses and no leaks my water fall runs fast then slows down down when it runs down the water fall the lid on the filter is down propley so i dont know what to do now , I have turned them both on due to the fish being sick all the 3 months the filter and pump was off the water level stayed the same , my water level is droping again it is costing my a lot of money threw topping up and treating the water can any one help me please

I would suggest that you bypass your waterfall to see which is the cause the the water lost.
If you still lost water after you bypass the waterfall, then get your filter service if it is still under warantee.
Otherwsie, you may need to replace your filter box.
