Thinking of install a chiller to my Fiber glass tank ,so would like to ask is it necessary?

This depends on the temperature of your tank's water and the optimum temperature required for the longevity of your fish.

Thanks koiguyoz and another thing is ,if the water temp to high like 30 deg,will the colour of the koi faded ?
