Appropriate Numbers for Good Water Quality Can't Post

Hello, I'm relatively new to Koi keeping. I am here to be informed of what are the appropriate parameters for the water quality inside my aquarium--such as the pH, ammonia, nitrates, and nitrites levels. I have read that high amounts of nitrites can cause red veins and streaks of reddish lines along the Koi's fins and body. Please inform me of the appropriate parameters for maintaining good quality for the water. Also, if numbers are higher than what they're supposed to be, how can I reduce those numbers--such as reducing the amount of nitrates in the aquarium. Thank you.
