Canal Sprinklers... Can't Post

I live in south Florida and my sprinkler system pulls water from the canal. Will this brackish water (I guess) harm the quality of my pond water. Should I have concerns? Thanks!

You would need to do a test sample of the water to find out:

*nitrites
*PH
*ammonia levels

from the canal water.

If they vary significantly from your pond water, it could present a danger to your fish.
