Cloudy water Can't Post

Hi all,

My pond water's suddenly gotten cloudy since the weekend. First it was bubbles on the water surface, now this :( I've tested the water and ammonia and nitrite levels are all zero. The PH is around 8. Previously, my water was quite clear, at least I could see the base of my pond. By the way, my pond dimensions are 4 tons and 4 feet deep. Fish are healthy and eating regularly. Is there any way I can get rid of the cloudy water? What is causing it?

I'm also thinking of remodelling my filter. Don't think it's sustainable in the long run. It currently has 3 chambers. 1st chamber is the settlement chamber. 2nd chamber consists of filter media such as filter mat, aquaclay and coral chips. 3rd chamber is empty except for the pump. Any ideas on how I can go about remodelling the filter? I'm thinking of adding more chambers and also a bottom drain for each chamber. So far, the filter doesn't have a bottom drain. I'm looking to do it right this time around once and for all. Would appreciate advice :)

Thanks a bunch!
