Coral come to live Can't Post

Hi!! Dear all,

Have you all heard before the coral that we place in the filter system will come to live again? If so, the PH of the pond water will become acidic or the other round?

And how do we balance the PH if Amonia and Nitrite level is ok? Really Appreciate your advice. Thanks!! Smile

Have been in this hobby long and never experience about coral alive. If this is what worries you, use cockels or oysters shells.

Hi! Adrian,

You forgetting one thing - coral LIVES in sea-water.

Koi lives in fresh-water.

You're cute. Smile

Dear Eric!!

You are right as the Sun and the moon will never live together!! haha!

But is there any possibility that the salt density of 0.1% able to do the miracle?

I really hope that it wont happen. Smile

Thx anyway for your precious advice as well as Mark's!!

Percentage of salt is much too low as compared to the percentage of sea salt. I don't foresee coral to becomes live in the pond/filter.
