Do NOT use this in your pond!

I ran out of AmQuel, went to PetCo... they were out too. So I bought AquaSafe (I was already in the process of a water change). Any way, I get up the next morning and there is 2 inches of suds covering the entire surface area of my pond. I called Tera's 800 number, and while they asure me that it will not harm anything, this product should not be used in ponds (maybe they should put that on the label). Evidentally the agent (polyvinyl pyrollidones) that is used to "enhance natural, protective slime coating of fish" also increases water viscocity - the bubbles created by waterfalls, bottom drain bubblers etc. don't "pop" as rapidly. What a pain in the butt!
Two thumbs down! :( -stephen
