How to deal with chlorine&chloramine during water change Can't Post

I am interested to hear various ways of dealing with chlorine and chloramine when doing water changes. Unsure
I am trying various things but it is difficult and I always fear damaging my Koi and filtration.
Any advice from the group will be very appreciated.
Thanks!

look after your pond, and the fish will look after themselves

I keep my water in a large garden water-but for 1 week, then us it for a water change.
