Is this water condition seem ok for fish? Can't Post

Hello everyone,
I have water in my newly finished concrete pond for about two weeks now.. I did a water test and it seem to be normal. yesterday I added two 30cents goldfish to test and they seem to be happy and active. Still swimming around like mad today...my questions.. how long should those fish be able to live to asure that the water is safe for my koi to go in? How do I transport fairly big koi( they in my q tank right now... longer than a 1foot)? If i able to bring them out, do i have to put them in a plastic bag and soak it in the pond for a while before release them out or can I just put them in a bucket and let them out right away? Thanks
