Your PH is dangerously low and your ammonia level will be the death of your koi! Having discussed this exact situation with another forum member, the problem is likely to be your canister filter being too small in size and in terms of holding enough biomedia to handle the wastes from your koi. You will need a much larger canister filter. You will need to raise the PH using sodium bicarbonate or other PH up formula. Raise this slowly over the week, by no more than 0.5 per day. You will also need zeolite at this time to assist in the removal of ammonia. Make sure you don't salt or have salt in the tank as zeolite will discard ammonia locked into it when salt reacts with it.
