No, bad idea - fish is the primary diet of fresh water turtles and they will (depending on the size of them) either eat or at the least damage any fish in the pond. Turtles also carry all kinds of nasty diseases that are pretty much harmless to them, but could be deadly to Koi. You will have to decide on one or the other. Remember that turtles require large rocks or the like to pull themselves out onto to sunbathe etc. They are not great swimmers and will eventually drown if put in a pond where they have nowhere to get out. Also most species require fairly high water temps all year - fine if you live in Florida, not so fine if you live in Canada. As for buying Koi online - not something I would ever personally do - you are far better off seeing the fish first hand.
