Koi flashing but no nitrite in water

Hello
I am new to koi ponding, learned the hard way when I first started by losing my first batch of 6 fish. So I have redone the pond, folloowed all the rules. Got 4 new baby koi three days ago, they seem happy and healthy yet two of them are occasionally flashing. I test the water daily and all the levels are perfext, no nitrite at all. Any input?
