Hi,
I had two Koi females spawn on the same day two days ago..I removed the greenery with the eggs into nurserys. I could not get all the eggs..I have 5 nursery's going now.. Anyway, I exchanged water after they laid eggs..and tested my Nitrite's tonight (in the pond that the eggs came from) and they are WAY too high..I have the test strips..it was in the danger zone....can anyone tell me how to get the Nitrites down? I don't want to lose my Koi..
