Pond having some form of debris - bottom Can't Post

Hi Everyone,

Can someone assist me as i am quite new to the pond hobby. I have had my pond for nearly 8 months. I designed and got some one to build it. WAll has been well. I need some experts to look at the pond water quality and tell me if this algae is normal and what is this debris i see at the bottom ?

I cant seem to upload the image.

Hello, look at things this way, alge is growing, which means the water is ok enough for it to grow, leave the alge! as far as debris on the bottom, well that can be from leaves that fall in and sink, to just what ever, so you just have to clean it out! ponds do need some maintenence!
