i have a problem with my pond.
its just been constructed and i have sliced 3 pineapples and poured 2 bottles of vinegar into the pond, as i was asked to by the koi pond contractor.
im using a bio filter that has a uv light in it but have not cultured the bacteria in the filter as of yet.
the past two days the water has been clean but today, its cloudy and bubbly. im not sure what to do and i need help and this pond is something very new to me...
(there are no fishes in it yet)

Its normal with the chemicals reaction from the properties of the cement with the vinegar and pineapples.I would drain away the water after the 3rd day and repeat the same step again.Try putting in salt and a crystal kind of small cubes which i think is called "hyppo" instead of using pineapples and vinegar. This method is cheaper and effective.Leave it soaked for at least 2 weeks and drain out again tat will do d job.

Have you flushed away the old water?
Have you started putting fish into your pond now?
What is the condition?
