help!!! Can't Post

doesn,t anyone know anything about salt in koi ponds? i need to know so i can get the right filter, no need to get biological if it wont work! water is drinkable, please help!!!!!

Hi bboop,

Salt won't harm a biological filter. You will need to test and see what ppt of salt you have. Salt actualy gets rid of many parasites and many koi keepers actually put salt to good use. Being in your main pond best to ensure its not above 2ppt.
