Hello all, recently I got my tt filter up and running before that I was doing a 20% water change every week. I live in the desert so this was starting to get expensive. When I got filter put together I reduced the
water change to 10%. Then I started to feed my koi 3 times a day.
After two weeks of changing to this pattern I checked my water quality and found out my nitrite had spiked to 7 ppm's.
I did 50% water change and brought it down to 3 ppm's
Anyway my question is what does everybody's think about products such as stress zyme or cycle?
I was wondering if this would help my filter grow bacteria faster.
