water based paint Can't Post

hi

i'm about to start painting my waterfall and the edges of the pond to make it look more natural. For now they have the color of dried cement. i intend to use water-based paint and wondering whether drops of paint into the pond will endanger the kois. advises are welcomed

Yes do not use water base paint , There is a paint that is special made for that project and you need to use it. And I would make sure that I dont get any paint in the water be very carefull and if you have to remove the koi and paint and if you get any in the water do a pond clean out.
