1 Dead Koi, 1 Suicided Koi, now Red Dots on Tancho - Help!

2 Sundays ago - my oldest Koi... scale-less yellow koi... I've had him since he was 6 inches (bot of $8) and grew to almost 20 inches... died body very stiff at the bottom of the pond. Gills were red - but aside from that - did not notice any other marks or bruises.
So 1 Sunday ago - I went to buy 4 Koi from a reputable Koi Farm... 1 yellow, 1 red and 1 black (to complete my fengshui
colors) and 1 shu-shui...
Next day evening.. the shu-shui jumped out suicided...
Whole family now suspecting something wrong either with water quality or new fish came with disease...
Today... there are 3 red dots (size of a red bean) on my Tancho... sigh another old-timer that has been wif me for a while...
What should I do ?
I am a beginner... designed own pond 4 years ago... asked contractor to build... buy mostly cheap Koi becos I know
that my pond is not perfect and fish may die or suicide jump out...
