Flashing Koi White Cloudy Patches HELP!!!!!! Can't Post

Hi
Can anyone help?

I keep 10 5-8inch koi in a outdoor 8ft tank kept at 18-21c. Ph is 7.5 constant (buffered), ammonia is 0, no2 is 0, oxygen is 4-8, chlorine is 0 so pretty much all the water tests are perfect. In the past couple of months they have been treated with salt, parazin p, sterazin p & currently myxazin p & melafix all with the appropriate gaps left between but still they flash. Just in the past couple of days i have noticed a kind of foggy patch appearing on a few of the fish. All eat very well and dont show any other symptoms (lethargy etc) but all flash.

Can Anyone shed any light on anything i havent treated or tested for?

Mine was flashing when I acquire them from the farm...
I soaked both my koi's in concentrated procure for about five minutes.
Then, proceeded to add yellow powder into the FGT.
They since recovered, hope this might help...

FGT means fibre glass tank...
As for yellow powder, any LFS would have them.
Hope this answer your queries.Tongue

My goldfish once shared the same symptoms they you have written down here. I test the water parameters and all variables were in normal/good condition. My goldfish showed signs of flukes ( red and white spots on their bodies) and most of them had red veins showing up on their fins. Since my type of goldfish are relatives with the Carp family (including Kois, goldfish, etc) I assume that using PARACIDE GREEN will help. Read the directions and add according to how many gallons you have in your tank/aquarium (don't add too much, for this can kill your fish). For me, I turned off all of my carbon filters (which were all of the filters) and added the Paracide Greem, but I did leave a pump for bubbles so circulation can help the fish breath and help the nitrate cycle convert bad bacteria into good ones. Also, I unplugged my filters for about 4-6 hours while the medicine was in effect; then I plug the filters back in. Remember that carbon filters will inactivate the strength of Paracide Green. Repeat every other day until you see that your fish are in good condition. Within 2-3 days my fish flashed very little and their spots began to gradually dissipate. In addition, within one week, all of my fish stopped flashing and symptoms were disappearing rapidly. For now, stop feeding your fish and don't worry if they'll starve because you can't kill Koi that easily just by not feeding it. I hope this helps.
