your koi have been attacked by bacteria Aeronomas, or simply put it, ulcer. that's is not something you should worry too much about. Iodine (sell at any pharmacy store) with a Qtip, clean the wound deep. press the q qtip into the wound, and use dental powder to seal the wound. Say seal but dental powder can only stay on a short perod of time, it will break down and dissapear. 5, 7 days latter check the fish, there is a possibility still have some wound not covered or new wound due to flesh exposure, then reapply iodine only on the bleeding area. At this stage, all seem red, so to differ, touch your finger on the wound, where it still have blood showed on your finger, then that place need to reapply. now you have to check why the bacteria have open fish skin: fish have been weak due to water quality, and water have too much bateria. a complete change new water ,salt .3% will help boost his line of defend. Keep salt in water about couple week, still do no harm. You be ok then.
