Help with ID and treatment Can't Post

I just noticed a few days ago that one of my young koi had fins that appeared to be abnormal. I caught the fish today and have it in a tank and I have been trying to identify its problem and ways to treat it. I have attached some photos. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: [Fredlyfish4] Help with ID and treatment [In reply to] Can't Post

the koi have fin rot, a kind of ulcer at the fin, pretty severe, use iodine sold at all pharmacy store clean the wound with Qtip, clean it good then, make sure squeeze the qtip deep then cover with dental powder (also sold at pharmacy store). few days latter, check again to see, touch your finger on the wound, if still have blood on your fonger, reapply iodine. most of the case, only one time is be enough.
