I think my fish had a stroke?

 Over a month ago my Platinum Koi would swim to the surface and then fall over backwards. I think, hum boyance problem. Swim bladder or jammed eggs? The I looked in her mouth and it was bright red inside. We pulled her out and did a proform C treatment and fed her medicated food for two weeks. Now she's back with the rest and the redness is gone but she still has trouble swimming. Her Body appears swollen on one side and she looks crooked with her fins fully extended all the time.She's eating but when she come to the surface that swollen side kind of rolls her still.
