Re: [koi@kit] KOI STAY AT BOTTOM [In reply to] Can't Post

inject antibiotic can help, not sure it will help. Not cheap for antibiotic injection anyway .I have 2 koi have internal ulcer, i have to wait for the ulcer to break out and treat with iodine, it OK now the other one the wound so deep inside i have to feed antibiotic food, do not know that it will be OK. I have some antibiotic food of Jungle Lab, use before NO EFFECT. now i use my antibiotic capsule, break the capsule out and spray powder on wet floating food, then dry in the oven, I feed 10 days now wait for the result, the fish seem to be OK, not sure yet.
Salt is just salt, .6% is about the limit of .9% of the Koi. it won't kill the koi, and it won't kill bacteria either.
In America, before last years, almost all japanese KOi have health problem, and we have all kind of headache with them koi. Later the governement have them hand on it, all import koi have to pass scope test. And we never see like you see at ZNA. At least Bush do something smart after all.
