Koi has cut down side of face

Hi,
Just went outside to feed my Koi and noticed that one of my Koi has a scrape down the side of his right side of face on the gill...is there anything that I can do for her? It isn't bleeding and isn't deep at all...just that she definitely scratched it down the side pretty good.
