Kois requiring diagnosis and remedy - help! Can't Post

Bros,

I need your expertise.

Am posting 4 of my kois, and hoping some good doctor/experts can tell me what are the problems with them, and therefore, allow me to cure them.

=========
This koi has skin lesions on the top part of the head as shown in the picture.
I've currently been quarantining it for the last 3 weeks, putting in Aquadine #4 (red bottle, purplish medicine). The medicine is supposed to be for gill, fungus and parasite special. I've been religiously changing water, adding new medicine according to dosage and anti-chlorine. The koi have been eating well, and swimming about but however, the skin lesion does not seem to go away.
Appreciate any opinion on diagnosis, and remedy.

=========
This kohaku has a kind of general reddish/pinkish area about an inch in front of the dorsal fin. It has been there for almost 2-3 months. The koi is healthy, eating and swimming about.
I've quarantined it (together with P890.jpg) since 3 weeks ago, and subject it to the same treatment (Aquadine #4) religiously. The reddish/pinkish area does not seem to subside. I had tot it looked like an anchor worm infection, but am not sure. Anyhow, Aquadine #4 is supposed to treat anchor worm as well - and if it is anchor worm, the worm is not dying/going away. This is the reason, I'm asking for 2nd opinion on diagnosis and remedy.

================
Two pictures of the same Sanke koi, and am putting two pictures here, because the red/pink spot is on the RIGHT side, about one inch below the dorsal fin.
My initial diagnosis, is that P855.jpg kohaku. Also same treatment as above, as I've quarantined the kois in the same Fibreglass tank. My suspect is that this fish have the same kind of illness as P855.jpg, and the same treatment is not keeping the "disease" away. Again, asking for 2nd opinion on diagnosis and remedy.

========
This Sanke have the same red/pink spot just 1 cm away from the dorsal fin, on the RIGHT side of the fish. See picture.
Same treatment and story as above, and looking for 2nd opinion on diagnosis and remedy.

I can't post all the .jpgs in one single message, so I'm just going to post the photos in the next few messages without a story line.

Really do hope some bros/sis out there can help.
Cheers.
