Need help a diseased Koi Can't Post

I just noticed this on my Koi about a day or two ago. i first noticed him floating there with his nose to the stones of the aquarium and his tail facing towards the top. he also hasn't been eating and was breathing faster than my other koi i have.

the ammonia level was kind of high, but not outrageous. ph, nitrites and nitrates were normal. i've been reading different things and i'm trying to figure out if it's a fungus or bacterial infection before i treat it. i quarantined both the koi and no other fish in my tank have been acting weird or have red spots on them or anything else. here's the pics.

you can see the white spot near his bottom fin in this one. looks kinda like an ulcer.

this one shows the red spots and his one fan is kind of jagged

and this one is just a pic of the red spots on his scales.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

after putting him in his own tank he doesn't seem to be floating nose to the ground anymore and isn't breathing as fast. possibly stress related from the other tank? poor water conditions? the water in my main tank isn't crystal clear. kind of yellowish/brownish. any help on that as well?

i was going to pick up some aquarium salt today, but not sure on how much to add. he's in a 30 gallon tank right now. i've also read that you could treat them in a 5 gallon bucket or something like that so you don't have to use as much of the medicine.

here are the readings i got

the ammonia was like 1.0 or so. nitrites were .5 and nitrates were 40.

looks like ammonia poisoning though. since he was removed from that tank he is swimming fine.

fish can tolerate amonia for 4 days with 1.7 PPM. the way i see your koi in the picture, he beem attacked by ulcer dicease, please read my post on this . that the most common disease i see on koi. check out your water parameter, clean up the pond, filter, and salt pond to .3% (3# slat in 100 gallon). keep salt in couple weeks to boost his inmune system, you be ok.
