koi swimming sideway because it lost balance, it lost balance because it's soo weak, it's soo weak because the water new and soo bad. Is the concrete pond new? do you have proper filtering system? Is the water parameter up to standard? do you quarantine your koi before put in your pond?. Seem like you are new to the hobby. I suggest that you read as much as you can about raising koi. it's a long road but it's a pleasant one.
