Small white/red blisters...pls help.

Hi all, my koi started jumping about 2 weeks ago, I managed to catch it eventually nothing wrong with its movement thats for sure!
It has what look like small white/reddish blisters on the side of its body some bigger then others, all my other koi are absolutely fine, my water is perfect. Although it did go through a ruff time in the beggining of spring.
Please see picture and help me identify what is wrong and what I can do to fix it...this is my fav koi.
