Treat flukes on a frog?

Hi Guys
I have flukes & trichodina - just treated with Superverm so have got sturgeon in a temporary seperate pond with a frog. This frog has been living in my garden over a year now and has only one hand so I feel sorry for the little bloke.
Before I put sturgeon back in the main pond I'm gonna give them a salt bath. However will this kill the frog???
Anyone know how to treat a frog with flukes??
