Walls of my pond has some white substance and its icky muddy when scrapped off Can't Post

Any reason for this... THanks. My fishes are healthy as can be so I dont know what else to describe it... Its just white spots scattered in different areas of the pond. Big as a basketball on the walls of the pond. Any help is great. thanks.

Hi VIET,

Just a wild guess. If paint is applied to concrete walls that is not cured, it will produce sort of white milky saps underneath. Though your pond looks like it was lined with synthetic liner. So it probably is something else.
