flesh eating disease !?!?!? ~ (pics) Can't Post

I'm keeping my fish indoors for the winter. They are swimming around a 5000 gallon swimming pool. Everything's been fine for the last 1.5 months, until I went to do a water change today and noticed this? Is this a flesh eating disease? I have nothing else in my pond except koi and comet. I found this after not feeding my koi's for 3-4 days because I was out of food. Did they eat this one?

koi eat koi normally when one is dead, then other get into the meal. Really do not know who cut the flesh out. the red part is ulcer start to surface up. If you really want to save the fish, q tip iodine and spread over the cut, cover neoprorine then cover with dental powder seal. realease the fish to the pond then two days latter check again, if dental powder broke off, wet the wound then pray dental powder again. (dental powder can only work when it contact with a wet surface). Since the wound is large, chance it will make it is slim.

fish is dead already.......I'm just hoping whatever it is, that it isn't contagious. So I took the fish out once I discovered it.

it does look like someone cut the flesh with a knife, but naw...I really found him like that.
