hi i dont know if any one can help i have had my pond 7 months i had 8 kois and 4 new babies i found a dead kio yesterday and another two day and i think i have another one thats dying as its swiming really slow i have had a look

at the fish that is dead and there is nothing on them they just look a little fat any idears pleaseUnsure

Hi there..

do u hv any pictures? is the scale raised??.... it cud b anything dat cause the death of kois.

1. stress.. koi stress is the number 1 killer.. koi stress can due to pH swing, temperature swing etc..
when koi stress they easily get sick, easily attact by parasite.

2. parasite.. skin or gills parasites..

3. bacteria infections,

4. poor water quality.. check ammonia, nitrite and nitrate..
