overwintering koi inside Can't Post

I have 10 small (5") koi being overwintered in my basement. I have built a 200 gallon tank with artificial light, lots of aeration and filtration.
I have lost 2 fish in the past 3 weeks, with no apparent scarring or disease. I am feeding them sparingly as the water temp is only 60 f due to the basement being cool.
Do i need to add anything to the water to reduce the N2 or other buildups>
I top off the water periodically and have added a cup of salt.
help please, as it looks like another one is sickly. (swimming near the surface and lethargic)

have you check your water parameter? normaly whenfisk swim near the surface, means it need oxygen or it have problem on his gill, check the fish gill to see any unnormal condition, 10 fish of 5" in 200 gallon with all filtration is Ok. no apparent sight of lession, cut means no parasite. Is this a new fish?

I took the sick fish out of the water and looked at it. No scars or leasions.
It is at the surface and looks like it has difficulty going into deepr water.
Is there any additive i can put in the water to protect against disease or parasites?

is one cup of salr enough for this size pond?

it definitely have problem breathing. near surface, there is more oxygen than at the bottom. check them gill, see it look like a normal gill? you can add salt .3% means 3 pound per 100 gallon in it. keep it in 2 week then see.
