Fussy koi will only eat pellets! Can't Post
I've read from many of you that you feed your koi a variety of food and I have been trying to introduce new foods to my koi other than pellets all the time.

The problem is they are just too fussy! The only thing they will eat is pellets, brown bread and prawns (yes they would wouldn't they!).

I've tried lettuce, cucumber, plum (some of them will eat this) , peach, apple, melon and loads of other fruit and vegetables and they spit them out in disgust. Any tips to get them to eat their greens?

Easy! Just don't feed them for two days and feed only the green stuff that you want them to eat. Once they have try then easy to continue.

I suppose they're like kids aren't they? They will be fussy if you give them a choice. Thanks, I'll try that next year when the weather gets warmer and they start feeding properly again.
