Koi Not Eating-2 New Koi in QT Can't Post

Hi have a question to ask of anyone who has suggestions.

In the QT tank we have two large koi, both females. One belongs to a friend. These fish have only been in possession for 4 days now. They haven't eaten. I know koi can go for awhile not eating. But I was wondering what can cause this problem?

1. New to QT and they are nervous?
2. They just don't like the QT tank, use to larger and more fish around them?
3. Need to stay in QT for a number of weeks, will they, if not eating for those weeks go downhill in health?
4. We warmed the water and put salt in to .06. Just in case they are new fish and don't know if anything is wrong with them, I gather that is correct to do?

Water quality is fine.
PH, we raised that up to 7.8
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 0
Nitrites 0
Salt .06
KH & GH, need a new kit as the dogs destroyed my kits.
The water temp is up to about 78, thinking this would prompt the fish to eat, warmer water.

Anything to feed them that Koi cannot resist. Going to get Krill today. Thanks Lynda

I am no expert by far, but I know that my fish didn't even like their salt at .3%. It slowed them down and made them sluggish.
