constipated fingerlings

Hi all,
I'm new to koi, and have eight fingerlings in my tank..... some of the smaller ones are constipated, but I'm unsure what to feed that will fix this in such tiny fish. One is barely longer than my thumbnail so I'm especially worried for him. I've been feeding them goldfish flakes since I got them. None of the koi food I've found is appropriate for their tiny size, and the nutritional info on these flakes was closest to that of the koi pellets, but the value for fiber simply says >4%.
Any and all advice appreciated!
