I am interested in whether Koi Keepers would actually use such software, or whether you think its a waste of time ....

I actually started keeping records (picture, date sold, how much) of the koi that I am thinning out of my pond. If there is software to do this, it would be great!

Yes, I would use it, that depends on how good it is! I think that some of us, take this hobby to the level of where it is a business, and if this is the case, we need to record things like TIMES, AMOUNTS ECT!!!! I hope you can make some good software!

Unless the software can offer something beneficial to the koi hobbists, it would be a totally waste of time to invest in it. For simple record keeping, there is no need to have a specialised software (it makes no business sense). Excel can do the job.
