Koi in SA are illegal.

Only WA and NSW are legal.

Hello,

I searched the internet and found that there is one koi farm near Adelaide that you might be able to buy koi. Please find the inofrmation that I copy and paste for the website. You could try to contact the farm owner. I migrated from Malaysia and settled down in Adelaide late last year. I sold my kois before moving over. I will set out my koi pond when I finally buy a house here.

"Rankin Springs Pty Ltd, in Kangrilla, will receive $88,000 to commercialise a breeding program for Japanese Koi Carp for the global ornamental fish market. The project involves establishing breeding facilities for this colourful fish, which is traded regularly and prized for both its aesthetic and financial value. Contact: Steve Morris (08) 3222 5207."
