Hi all,

With the help n support of momotaro KL, I would like to introduce to u all "MOMOTARO GROW-OUT" event Shocked

... 8 (eight) wonderful kohaku, showa and sanke from momotaro koi farm size 15cm to 30cm will be used. the koi show is to be held 6 mth after their sales. Frown

those without pond facilities Unsure

can keep their koi with me for 6 mth with a small charges (for 6mth).. Laugh

any question pls reply this post. tks.. Cool

Hi Kit, thanks for arrange such a good event. Can you give more details about the quality of koi (i think most people prefer picture). And how much per koi and how are we going to pick the koi?

Hi lim,

the koi are of very high quality tategoi. price of B$####.. Mr vincent will personally come to Brunei 2gether with the koi and xplain to u all, at dat time u can ask him directly whatever u want to know. all his expenses will be paid by MYSELF.. if the event fail to go on, the tategoi will remain at my pond under my care till the nex year when vincent will come n see its progress..

there's no point of seeing the picture for pattern coz we are going for "grow-out" event not pattern event.. Wink

but will arrange with vincent to send over some picture to me, but cant advertise in the forum, u guys have to go my place to see them..

information abt the event will be fully explain at my place FRIDAY afternoon at 4pm.. if intrested please attend.. Cool

lim,

no problem... sometime siok also when u heard singapore n other countries got koi competition, but at the moment our koi not reach dat standard yet, so the best one i think is to organise 'grow-out' event. from dis 'grow-out' event then when can have a proper koi show.

Dont worry lim the small koi are of high quality.. vincent also want us to b success in brunei.. u come my place n i show u my sakurahime bloodline koi lah, 60cm in almost 16mth. the others oredi seen n can't believe it... Wink

long time no hear... nice to hear from u again. we all had a meeting this morning about the 'grow-out event'. still cant get a ANSWER yet.. if u want to join u have to comfirm by paying. coz i cant order the koi and end up nobody want to get it.. the event might not be ON this time.. sambutan enada. but i might order High Quality koi if u want, oredi got one member wants a shiro utsuri, size abt 30cm.. harga rm####...kalau ramai order then baru dapat coz can share the import charges.. most of the koi are kohaku, sanke, showa, shiro utsuri n tancho... all are tategoi.. pattern alum brapa clear..

I enjoy the gathering today coz ada member PUJI koi ku.. Wink

... improvement can be observed... hahahahahahaha

btw.. u still owe me 3 stainless steel drum... Tongue

momotaro yg coming this time only my auction showa. Smile

. i dont think i m getting any tosai koi, coz byk pun ku bawa masok i end up pelihara sendiri, kalau sudah basar people want to pay at original price and forget about how much i spent on the koi. Frown

Anyway, momotaro yg masa ani di KL ada kohaku, sanke, showa, tancho and shiro utsuri saja. all of high quality, harga semua $####... enada yg murah2... Unsure

if u are intrested in thos tategoi, u can visit me n bring the $$ to comfirm, coz aku pun pay cash to him. Pirate

The koi show might not be ON again this time, psl byk org mau good koi but payah kan keluarkan usin untok membalinya.. Wink

Hey there Muscleman Kit,

It's true what you're saying with this koi business, some people are abit skitish bout spending big money on quality koi. Even myself at times. HEHEHE Laugh

. My opinion is that people aren't that confident with their breeding/rearing talent as yet. Takut mati or dissapointed when their kois do not turn out as hoped....

True, Momotaro koi's are the top breed in japan. But so is the harga!! hahaha..... Ngetop berabis yo!!!! Perhaps, some varieties of koi from different farms would suite the current market. Then again i wouldn't know, as organizing the selling and buying of kois will not be easy.

Anyway, ambil gambar jua eh kalau your fish datang, ada jua kan di liat. Although commenting on the fish would be a little hard (alum expert). I really like the kohaku you posted, dude. Keep it up....

thanks for ur reply, koi is a living thing and is our hobby, sama macam kuching or hamster, mati jua one day. u just have to face this truth Wink

..

the aim of the koi club is to educate people how to rear n keep koi in top condition, getting ready for a BIG koi show nex time n to challenge other hobbies from other country.. what do u think i organise koi meet atu?? the aim is to gather semua peminat and educate all.. most of the member already gain a lot from the meet.. u will understand when u join us one day.. Wink

regarding koi from other koi farm.. I personally pernah melihara koi jepun yg biasa.. NO satisfaction.. dats y i teach u all to pelihara momotaro, hopefully not making d same mistake i made 4 years ago.. i have wasted time n money on normal koi at dat time.. Unsure

.. if u know me better, u will know dat i m really commited myself to koi... bukan hanya gila koi, but to koi club of BRUNEI.. Sly

I hope my reply ani enda menyakiti hati or perasaan orang.. coz i m just type what i think and my aim.. Wink
