Well...one word, wow! coz i've been reading some of the threads..and u benghian is one who was here in this forum since way back 2 years ago..nice to meet u i thought u stop already..coz it has been so long.. well back to ur question, btw u can understand some brunei malay language right?! coz my language kinda mix abit in some part..so sory bout that...anyway..after so long searching of 'kadai ikan' (pet shops) in brunei that is growing like mushroom.. i found that its hard to find japanese koi here but before there was a shop located at Menglait dedicated for kois (a specialist) but due to 'inda laku' (not so good business) it closed.. eventhough u can find in some place in brunei, usually its quality is not good. Since in hook to koi n pond stuffs (about this year) i cant find any japanese koi anywhere around brunei-muara but others i dont know. Usually u can find malaysian koi which is often found in many petshops. I read some mags, said that taiwanese koi are improving in quality and its kind good one and the price is between..let say the price between japanese koi and malaysian koi. but still this type is also hard to find here.. the shops that i survey'd that i found selling taiwanese koi are the pet shop at Bunut (the biological aqua somthin..somthin shop, forgot its name) and the new shop at beribi, AQSA fish shop. The one in bunut got some left, price about $40 for a size about 20cm but the quality is low. the one at beribi, well i forgot about the price n how the koi look like. The others like in Kuilap, like PetLink..sells koi but cheaps one so no good. I saw a new 'kadai ikan' at jerudong recently in front of the goodview hotel.. but i havent been there.. so i dont know wat inside. Well thats all i noe.. if i got some new info i will update u guys.. umm...benghian, do u hav some pictures of your pond or filter system? coz me wanna see bruneian made ponds n their filter..n how u tackle with the green pea soup water...heheh..anyway thnx for replying.. cheers.. Maxilla.
