Hi Dee,

This some of imported kois dealer :
Golden koi - 70711478 / 70711278 (Owner : Winarto or usually called by Wiwi) - Dealer of Sakai Fish Farm and Momotaro
Royal koi - 5658062 - Dealer of Miyajima Koi
Indokoi - 5324438
Nirwana Koi - 7563636 / 0816709250 (Owner : Eric Yonathan) - Dealer of Maruyama, Dainichi, Matsunosuke
Samurai Koi - 022-6653360 / 0811213180 (Owner : Kiki Sutarki) - Dealer of Sakai, Momotaro, Dainichi
Jakarta Koi Centre - 021 7822046 (Owner :Darmawan) - Dealer of Ogata Koi Farm
Dragon koi - 5674758, 5674759 (greeen ville) - <Not real active nowadays>
Dinamika koi - 4615546 (Taman pegangsaan) - Dealer of Momotaro, Dainichi Koi Farm [I guess not active anymore]

For local kois, you might try :
- Visiting Hanggar at Pancoran area, or
- at Jl. Sumenep, Jl. Kartini,
- Tukang Koi - 0251-388483 / 0815 9934278 (Owner : Udin)
- Oriental Koi - 0812 9038262 (Owner : Bohan Jauwan)

Budgeting for koi is always depend on what size you are looking for and its quality. But in general, the price of local koi may vary from Rp. 50.000 - Rp. 25.000.000 (this was the highest price for local koi that I've heard). For imported koi, the price may vary between Rp. 500.000,- to unlimited.
Which one you'll gonna choose is depend on what you are looking for. Both local and import koi has its own plus and minus points.

Cheers,

I'm going to Mr.Wiwi this weekend, not for hunting koi, but to buy some food n dimillin, so i have to shut my eyes with tape to avoid the temptation of buying anymore koi for my already crowded pond .Pirate

Hi KD,

I think Wiwi already move his small store to the pond side, so if you want to buy it you have to cross some pond over there and let's see if your eyes could stand the temptation or not Wink. Hahaha, just kidding man. Since your pond is crowded now, would you like to try the Kaldness K1 to your filter chamber? Angelic

My next pond will only use K1 without any japmat or brush. Just vortex and Kaldness K1. I'm experimenting this following some of our Malaysian hobbyists way. I've seen a Bandung hobbyist pond which use this kind of filtration and for me the result was very good.

wah, Wiwi already move his store next 2 the pond Crazy, he surely know how 2 lure his customers to see his kois Wink..
the best think for me to do is just wait in the "Indomart" n tell him to ask his assistant to bring the food n medicine to me Laugh..
my imported pond are full but my local pond is quite empty, i'm going to fill it with show quality local kois, they r so cheap IDR 1 mill u get show quality koi Tongue ..
Kaldness K1 from Nexus ? i'm quite happy with my traditional filter set up ( why mess with a good thing ), but looking forward if that new filter set up is working for u ..

Hi Johan

how are you? thanks for the info. I'm checking your website as I wrote this post. I saw you got some big fish there :) right now my husband and I are building a pond for our new KOIs. We also doing some surveys on Kois farm and sellers, even the one in Blitar. Right now I'm taking some advice that we should try to have some local Kois first as this hobby is new to us. I don't even know if it's going to work or not, but now I'm gathering some info and thanks to you now I got one more reference. We'll give you a call when the time is right.

Take care johan, thanks again
Regards,
Dee
