I've visited 2 farms around puncak area, one called istana koi, forgot what the other one called. both farms claimed to get their kois directly from blitar, one even offered me to sell some of their 75cm champion kois (said to have won few national contest) I didn't bother to counteroffer because I believe his price offering is ridiculously high, and they tend to give you a very expensive opening price. Anyway, the location is not far from the Raffles restaurant (ciawi area), when you are coming from Jakarta it is on the left side of the street where you will see a "Koi fish" sign, so just take a left there. For the other one, it is after you pass Puncak Pass area, I'm not really to sure how much further it is, but there are 2 farms there (one on the left side of the street, the other is on the right) I visited the one on the right side of the street.
My advice though, don't waste your time coming to Puncak for the local/Blitar Kois, better to Sumenep/Pancoran area in Jakarta. Better pricing with same quality. Or of course, go with the import one :)
