Handfeeding my koi Can't Post
At last, after 3 months, I finally experienced the magic of handfeeding my koi. Now they're very comfortable with people and allow anyone to handfeed them. Although one might think that these are simple creatures that live only to eat, swim and spawn. That their only motivation for this is food. But you just have to be amazed to see the level of trust one creature would put in another, most especially fish.

This is what its all about

Interestingly, here's another about a swan feeding koi and a baby duck feeding koi

Patience is the key. Just hang around the pond a lot. I personally feed them every morning so that they get the idea that I'm the food guy. It helps if you have a big matapang na koi to lead that pack like a chagoi. It only takes one for the rest to follow. They eventually get the idea. Or try not feeding them for a few days then try hand feeding them. But overall I think it really just takes time.

wala naman to koi imo gebaligya ni ton2 hinz kay wala man gud nadayon iya pond kay conflict sa fung sue iya papa mao to nanglood ton2 gebaligya nalang niya iya mga koi!Frown

post some pix of your pond bai. havent seen it or i think i did.
somewhere Unsure. or i think it was those small images.

i think well be back around 2009 for a vaction. pundok nya
ta ig uli nako. ill also be doing some improvements on my
pond for it was not maintained well and looks very unpleasant.

club - john and henry are still there to running it. and mike h.
has manila. just coordinate with them. you can also help them
in organizing it if you got time to spare.

koi hunting - you have been to boy and sgt torres place, right?
they have good breeders there. and you can have them cheaper
if you mention johns name hahahaha just kidding. they prolly
give you discounts since they are members of the club.
