If its imported Japanese kois you are looking for, The ones I know are as follows:

Kois and ponds (cartimar and QC)
Jun Hizon (by appointment, Sunville)
Ochie Santos (by appointment, Lipa)
Homer (pond maker and reseller)

There are also private hobbyist who do on occasion sell their kois in order to upgrade. What size, quality, sex, price are you looking for?

Kois and Ponds is at QC Circle. Next to Pearlie's Garden. They've already closed their Cartimar branch.
#43 Elliptical Road.

Homer has a shop along Katipunan Ave., along the strip of landscaping supplies. Might find something there. Nearby is also koi mo, koi ko.

Hi All,

I am on Pampanga. I moved here from Hawaii about 3 years ago. I left all my koi. Frown All Japan imports from Kodama Koi Farm.

I just built my pond. I am looking for Shiro Utsuri, Showa, Ki Utsuri and Tancho of any kind. Pond is about 20,000 gallons.

I was at Ziggy's in Monumento and I got a very nice 15 inch Chagoi, 2 nice 10 inch Kohaku and 2 baby Platinum Ogon. They had a very nice Shiro Utsuri about 24 inches, but the price was also nice! hahaha out of my budget.

TCL Koi from Candaba has an distributor here in Angeles. I got a some nice ones from there a 15 inch Yamabuki Ogon, 22 inch Benigoi, and a 10 inch Sanke. Prices were very very reasonable. But so many fish to choose from and they don't have bowls so that you may view your choices and select what you want.

Please let me know where else to shop for quality koi.

Thanks!

Re: New Hobbyist Here [In reply to] Can't Post

well, i have my pond built a month ago in trece martires cavite, but i stay much here in las pinas for work reasons, the filtering system is adapted to MicVince's design posted here in the forum, got it "doubled" though to accomodate my pond, double barrel filtration Laugh, a trickle tower and falls for aeration.

Pond Capacity is 876 Gallons, tama ba kwenta ko?Crazy
Triangular in shape, 8 feet each side, and 4 feet deep.
No UV's, kept my water clear by adding fiber fill in the barrel system, works wonders.
Placed some aquatic plants on top of the barrels to reduce nitrates.
Pump Capacity is 4750Gallons per hour, which i think is more than enough
Also placed a high capacity bubbler
present inhabitants includes 2pcs 12-15" koi's from cartimar, to mature my pond
(Platinum Ogon and Hi Ogon, i think)

I'm looking for smaller koi's so i can watch them grow like (4-5"?). hehe wanting to have Japanese or with japanese parents.

I just thought of having a smaller stock, like 5pcs so that I could focus my attention on each of them.

My budget is like 700 each, i'm really in a tight pack, from the pond construction and all.Frown
