enlargement on one side of my fish...help!!!

 helo po..
got one fish na i think 3months na sakin pero ordinary carp lang na maypagka hi utsuri.. may ulcer xa before but na treat ko when i transferred him/her to the hospital tank.. before i noticed the fish already had a little enlargement next to the left gill area in the body but i was more concerned of the ulcer...
now, fish is eating well and ok except that i noticed na parang lumalaki ang lump nya sa may gilid...what do i do? what kind of disease siguro itO? huhu.. m a little worried coz napamahal na sakin..
hope i can post the pic here soon.. transferred him over to my old pond which i think is more stable than my new large one coz never had koi ulcers before not until i had these new 500 gallon koi pond... my jap koi had ulcers too on this pond but so far i manage it before..but it seems to re occur... placed a net over it also we had it fully covered.. but when it rains i think those drops would sometimes reach the new koi pond kasi 1 foot lang ang height nya to the ground eventhough quite malalim ng kaunti xa..
the net i placed was due to the fact that before, especially early morning, may droppings na butiki na malalaki sa pond..just in time that i noticed the ulcers appearing on my kois too.. so i suspected doon nanggaling kasi nakadikit sa wall ang pond.. indeed, later on i discovered it the droppings are from those GECKOS!!
any way, now that i have the net, i had those droppings covered but still the ulcers on my koi reoccured but not that frequent.. i am using 36 watts uv with my own filter system using fiber cotton and commercial nylon scrubs as a filter...but i think none of my filter gave help.. had 20hf rio pump on it too...
guys i hope u got my short story.. please help..
