Could anyone identified the head Red Spot On 11" Koi

Your Help is needed: For a month or so now, one of our Koi's have a Round Dark Burgundy or very Dark Red or Brownish Color Spot on Head, Hubby say that looks rought like when you break a bit of a scruby pad.
We called one of our Expert Club Member and were told that was Ich, (She never came to see the Koi), if it was Ich, why none of the other Koi had it?, is my opinion that Ich does not look like our fish have, not white dots like etc, and None of the Other's have it.
He or She does not show any sings of discomfort, eat's very good, not flashing. Water Parameters Perfect
Hubby believed what was told, and treated as was told, but still the same, the spot is not getting any biger, but it wont go away.
Will try to post pictures and see if any of you can Identified what are those Red Spots.
